Bugs Fixed
1. BackUp
1.1 When exiting to Service Tools via menu 8, the BackUp displayed the Main console's keyboard
version. Now the display is correct - No Keyboard version is displayed.
2. Big Spots
2.1 Replacing spots not in the Big Spot range with Martin PAL A and Martin PAL B the message
Cannot Link Device is displayed. In this case you must reassign the Big Spots to the correct
range.
2.2 When Big spots were selected the A parameters were displayed on the wheels and stage display
even when the spots were paged to B. This does not happen anymore.
2.3 A Big Spot parameter that was selected and then cleared by pressing [RESET] was reselected
when the spot was selected and assigned a dimmer value. This does not happen anymore.
2.4 When there were Big spots in the Device List and you loaded a show with no Big Spots in the
Device List, the spots that replaced the Big spots were erroneously treated as Big Spots. This
does not happen anymore.
2.5 Big Spots interfered with Part assignments. This is now fixed.
2.6 Problems with the 2
nd
parameter page were fixed.
2.7 Releasing a Big Spot from a memory released the active page only and not both parameter
pages. This is now fixed.
3. Blind
3.1 The sequence [CHANNEL #] [àà àà] did not work in the Blind editor. Now it does. Thank
you Eldad at TAPAC, Israel.
3.2 It was impossible to program Palettes in the Blind editor. This is now fixed. Thank you
Stephen Plotkin, Canada.
4. Call
4.1 After the sequence [CALL #] the number was entered as a channel or spot (depending on the
Number Default selection) instead of the correct Memory #. This is now fixed.
5. Channel Patch
5.1 Returning to the Channel Patch menu after exiting in the middle of an Assign Dimmer
sequence changed the prompt to Assign C/D. This does not happen anymore.
6. Compatibility
6.1 SMPTE times were assigned to some memories in when shows recorded on Animator were
loaded on Sabre. This is now fixed.
7. Controllers
7.1 Pressing [ASSIGN] [àà] after homing spots assigned the editor group to A/B. Now you can
continue with the assignment after the mistaken press on [àà].
7.2 Cyberlight and Intellabeam special mode parameters were forced to zr when assigned to
controllers. This does not happen anymore.
7.3 When the LCD showed the text of the first memory in the chaser, the text disappeared when
the chaser was stopped. Now the text is still displayed.
7.4 Pressing [DIM] or [XF] cleared temporary NSK modes. This does not happen anymore.
8. Crossfaders
8.1 In certain circumstances, exiting the Spot Patch menu and then assigning a memory to A/B
using [GO TO] jammed the system. This does not happen anymore.
8.2 Freeing assignments from the A/B crossfader when it was on Hold did not extinguish the
[HOLD] key LED. This does not happen anymore.
8.3 Jump on Fade did not work for spots' dimmers. This is now fixed.
